With a 215/40 and flattened pinch welds you can get a 16 even with the fender, but not tucking. You would need either tubbed wheel wells and slightly taller tires or shorter tires and the entire underside of the car raised in order to tuck.Leave a comment:

Haha yea I thought that was pretty apparent if I couldn't tuck 16s. I couldn't tuck 15s.Leave a comment:

That was my understanding as well, I was hoping 16s could be tucked. If it ends up being impossible I may run 15s and call it a day.Leave a comment:

Tucking 17's is possible with a small tire and the pinch welds ground flat I THINK. Ive only ever ran 16's and my car lays the subframe on the ground before it will tuck them.Leave a comment:

Tucking front wheel is actually really hard depending on wheel size. On 16"s I'm laying oil pan, subframe, and the tire is sitting on the inner wheel well and I'm still at least at 1/2" from tucking wheel. The main problem is the wheel well and there isn't much you can do about that. On 17"s I think it might be possible.Last edited by dillon7; 11-13-2014, 12:28 PM.Leave a comment:
